Alhamdulillah, my first COOKING DEMO went well yesterday. I managed to prepared all dishes on time. And also managed to prepared a special dish "GEARBOX SOUP with NOODLES" requested by the host (which is my sister). My next step is to visit Penang again on the 9th & 10th of July 2011 to do my 2nd COOKING DEMO. This time the host is my younger brother who lives in Butterworth. I will introduce some new recipe such as HOME MADE BUBUR LAMBOK, BEEF STEAK MUTIARA, STEAM SIAKAP with GINGER, BUBUR PULUT HITAM + GULA KABONG & NASI BRIYANI SHAN/PAKISTANI STYLE.
