Cooking Demo Balik Pulau, Penang 25 & 26 June 2011

I am currently busy preparing my First Cooking Demo in Penang this weekend.
I'm thinking of cooking the famous Nasi Kandar dish - Daging Masak Hitam, Nasi Briyani Pakistan Style, Ayam Masak Kicap (with Kurma flavour), Noodle with Soup GearBox and for dessert - Bubur Kacang Hijau (Lemak & Not so sweet - using only Gula Kabung).
The challenge is to prepare all those under 18 minutes using only 2 pressure cooker!
I will post the photos of the event next week and insyaAllah I might share the recipes.
